My furnace wasn’t working during a huge SoCal storm in January. I called Tropical at 6:30 pm expecting to leave a message since it was after normal business hours for most. I spoke to a lovely woman who took my information. To my surprise the business owner called me right back and told me how to fix the heater myself. It’s so rare these days to have someone do me a favor. I highly recommend Tropical if you’d like things fixed by experts. Supporting local, real, honest, classy businesspeople is always nice.
